I decided to make one more so there would be two new winx oc and two old winx oc so here is Ran Fukusia
Her origins is currently unknown but it is clear that she if from an unknown elf clan
She has the power over Quintessence (Didn't get it from WITCH just ws looking at Elemental powers)
